Professional life saving athlete of Hong Kong and experienced swimming coach since 2013. He started to learn Yoga for over 8 eight years.
With passion and enthusiasm of Yoga, have achieved to be Registered Yoga Teacher in 2021. With the background of athlete and swimming coach, integrated unique Yoga teaching method focusing on balancing and stretching. Committed to provide extensive instruction and counselling to clients, while motivating them to find true inner peace and their healthiest self. He is specialised in Hatha Yoga, shoulder opening and inversion.

Cherry is licensed as a registered yoga teacher who qualified for the 200-hr Yoga Alliance Certification from PURE Yoga 🔖. Her journey started in January 2019, since she feel great passion and enthusiasm in yoga🧘🏻♀️. During the journey, she discovered that yoga is not just about looking good in the asanas, but to feel good during the practice. By looking inside constantly, she truly feel the power of mindfulness and how it changed herself on and off the mat😊
Fannie has competed as an athlete since she was 10 up until the age of 24. Throughout her athletic career, she has discovered the importance of individual communication, reflecting on what her interests, talents and goals are. Competing in the Lifesaving World Championships was another incredible feat that Fannie has partaken in. Competing alongside world-class athletes has facilitated many high stress situations which Fannie has learnt to conquer. Forming interpersonal connections between competitors and teammates has required the adjustment and regulation of mindset, which Fannie has mastered.

Szeho is a full time yoga teacher now, dedicating his time to introduce yoga to more people, hoping more people experience the benefits of practicing yoga and making yoga more popular in HK.
Szeho’s classes focus on improving and balancing strength and flexibility within the body, his classes are challenging yet fun. He offers customised variations of asanas to students according to their personal needs. His classes also incorporate mindfulness and pranayama throughout the asana practice.
Amanda is a RYT 500 Advanced Yoga Teacher. She encourages her students to trust themselves and let them know yoga is not just stretching❤️. Adding challenges such as arm balance or inversion or transitions for them to let them know so much strength and confidence could be built from yoga too🧘🏻♀️
She is a fun yet serious person when comes to teaching🤓. Not only she loves yoga but also outdoor activities such as hiking, wake surfing and exciting activities. She loves always seeking and exploring new methods and techniques to strengthen my practice and to share with people.
Jessie is curious about the philosophy and science behind yoga - this is when she has accomplished the 200 hours transformation yoga teacher training course with Samrat Dasgupta in 2021 to acquire the knowledge. Outside yoga, she is a sustainability practitioner, aligning with her mission in yoga teaching, she is passionate in giving back to the society and environment in every action she takes
Katarina started practicing yoga on a regular basis since 2017. Yoga is where she found lightness and joy, a safe place away from all the hustle and bustle in life. It also allows her to knowing herself more in both physically and mentally. Throughout her yoga journey, she is grateful to have learnt various yoga styles, where she is eager to share the skills with her students. She hopes her student can have fun in class, to explore and in their path to find their genuine self.
Her classes are vinyasa based, incorporating arm balances, inversions and back-bending asanas in the flow.

She can assist you in achieving your health, wellness, fitness goals and living a pain-free life again.

Bonnie is a certified yoga teacher with 200 RYT, Wheel (Level 1) & Singing Bowl (Level 1) licenses. Throwing back to her yoga journey years ago when she was working in a fun yet hectic agency world, she was overwhelmed with mental issues, and this has awakened her mind. By then, she started to practice yoga which has empowered her with mind and body connection.
Yoga has brought her a clarity and sharpness of mind, as well as calmness and joy. She feels grounded, empowering and healing when she is practicing yoga. She is so much delighted to be part of the others’ yoga journey and excited to share her flow and energy with everyone.
Alice found her love for artistic movement at an early age of 5 👩🏻when she leaped into the world of dancing, which remained her passion for 10+ years. From an avid dancer, she transformed into a curious yogi 🧘🏻♀️when she moved back to Hong Kong from London in 2017 to embark on a new journey. With regular practice, she discovers inner peace through the alignment of mind, body, and soul. Alice especially enjoys the practice of heart-opening asanas, as they manifest the fundamental love and compassion one should have for the self and others. In 2021, Alice had her 200 hours Transformation teacher training with Samrat Dasgupta, who provided invaluable mentoring and inspired her be a yoga teacher💯
She teaches Hatha, relaxing stretch with singing bowl and inside flow classes. She would love to share her love for yoga with all the kindred souls out there. Join her on the mat to discover the connection between breathing and asanas
Marthese is a Dharma Yoga teacher and a full-time lawyer.
She completed her 200-hour teacher training with Sri Dharma Mittra in Dharma Yoga Center New York in May 2019 and Samrat Dasgupta in PURE Yoga in August 2021 respectively.
With a full time job in the legal field, she feels that yoga helps her to maintain balance and self-awareness during the hustle and bustle of daily life. On top of yoga, she stays active throughout the week by taking dance classes, strength training and running.
Marthese believes that everything she learns on the mat can be applied to everyday life and she looks forward to sharing the grounding she gained from yoga with her students.
